What is the space?

The space is a 700sqft, annexed to a coffee area, with access to a beautiful garden, kitchen facilities and storage. The rooms cater for up to 30-60 people depending on event and use. Activities can range from art exhibitions to birthday parties, community meetings, weddings, workshops, to classes, holiday family events, photo and video shooting and conferences.

 

Equipment

If needed we can provide Audio-Visual equipment (PA system, Projector, TV), but these will be charged for and have to be insured by the hiring party.

We can also offer technical assistance at further costs. The space shall be left in a good condition and clean, we don't provide a cleaner.

Prices

Prices depending on type of event and length and for specific events we offer local community discounts of up to 25% £80 per/hour or £600 per day (12 hours - 10am - 10pm), £1500 per week.

Prices are slightly negotiable and subject to the type of the event. ​

We require a 25% of the hire fee as a holding deposit to secure the room(s). The reminder is to be paid 1 week in prior to the hire date.

We ask for an additional £200 deposit for any damage occurring during the event. This is to be paid 3 days prior to the date.

The deposit will be refunded after the event, after deductions are made for any damages. ​
